    Every technique very clearly explained and demonstrated. The duration of each technique is perfect in that the you get a full explanation and short enough to watch at anytime of the day, especially right before your next client gets on the table. Assessment first and corrective technique after makes for a complete educational course for any bodyworker. A great adjunct to his live classes.
